These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the ak8 platform, accessible via our official website. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or use any services offered by ak8.

By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms in full, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the ak8 platform immediately.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times
• Ensure no other person uses your account, including family members
• Report to ak8 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised
• Use a strong password and change it regularly
• Ensure you log out after every session when using a shared device

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Using an ak8 account for purposes other than personal entertainment

Ak8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time at our sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these terms or suspicious activity requiring investigation.

8.1 Closure by ak8

Ak8 may close an account if a member violates any provision of these terms, fails to verify their identity, or engages in unlawful activity. Any valid balance (after deducting applicable bonuses) will be returned to the member via the original deposit method.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your ak8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. ak8 will process closure requests within 3 business days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions still in force.
